Philip Ashman – Director
Philip Ashman has been in the Internetworking and Telecommunications field for over 15 years. He graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering and holds a Master's of Science in Internetworking and Telecommunications. He has worked as a Data Communications engineer in IT departments for Hospitals and Universities in Winnipeg and Prince George, before coming to Kelowna 7 years ago to join the Faculty at Okanagan College and assist in the creation of the Internetworking and Telecommunications Engineering Technologies program. In addition to consulting with local IT professionals he is actively involved in pursuing a cost effective open access to high speed network infrastructure and connectivity in the Okanagan.
